The short version: use the site, hire us if it fits, own everything we build for you.

This site
fusionedge.dev is operated by Fusionedge LLP and is informational. Browsing it creates no contract and costs you nothing. Our individual products have their own terms, linked from their own sites.
Engagements
Client work runs on a written agreement that sets scope, dates and price. Nothing on this site — including estimates, ranges or timelines — is an offer on its own.
Ownership
For client work: you own the source, the infrastructure and the accounts from the first commit. We keep the right to describe the work publicly unless the agreement says otherwise. Our own products stay ours.
Confidentiality
Anything you tell us about an unreleased product stays between us, whether or not a separate NDA is signed. We will sign yours if you have one.
Payment
Invoices are due within fourteen days unless the agreement says otherwise. Late payment pauses work rather than accruing theatrical penalties.
Liability
We do not accept unlimited liability. Our total liability under any engagement is capped at the fees paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending things
Retainers end with thirty days of notice, from either side, with no penalty. Fixed-scope work ends at handover. You keep everything delivered up to that point.
Law
England and Wales, courts of London — unless a signed agreement names somewhere else.
