Privacy policy
Three of our eight products exist to protect people, so this page is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect
On fusionedge.dev itself we keep nothing that identifies you personally. If you write to us we keep your name, email and message so we can reply — nothing more.
Measurement
We use a standard web analytics service to see which pages get read and where visitors arrive from. That involves a cookie and sends usage data to the provider. It is aggregate: no profiles, no advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking, and nothing sold or shared beyond what running the analytics requires. Where consent is required, analytics only loads after you give it.
What our products collect
Each product publishes its own policy on its own site, and that policy is the one that governs it. Where a product exists to protect privacy, it is built so the identifying data is never written in the first place — there is nothing to hand over because nothing is kept. Everything else stores only what an account needs to work.
Where data lives
Primary databases sit in the EU and the United States. We do not silently replicate anywhere else, and international transfers run on standard contractual clauses. The services that touch it are listed below and change rarely; material changes are announced before they take effect.
Who else touches it
Only the services it takes to run the thing: hosting and databases, DNS and edge delivery, payment processing, transactional email, and site analytics. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and none of them may use your data for their own purposes. The current named list is available on request, and business customers get it in writing.
How long we keep things
Contact messages for twelve months. Account data for as long as the account exists, then thirty days in backups before it is gone for good. Logs that contain no personal data may be kept longer in aggregate form.
Your rights
Access, correction, export, deletion and objection under the UK and EU GDPR. Write to privacy@fusionedge.dev and we will answer within thirty days — usually the same week. No account needed to ask.
Security
TLS 1.3 on every hop we control, encryption at rest, least-privilege credentials per service, secrets in a vault rather than in deploy files, and nightly backups with scheduled restore drills.
Changes
When this policy changes we update the date at the top and, for anything material, tell account holders by email before it applies.
